Please note we have a strict 24 hour cancellation or change of appointment time policy.
If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a full treatment fee applied. This includes gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers are redeemed if you miss an appointment or change your appointment without 24hrs notice or if you cancel without giving 24 hours notice.

Gift vouchers are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
Recipients redeeming vouchers must show valid purchase proof at the appointment time or at the booking time whichever comes first. Proof of purchase means showing a receipt or a bank transfer receipt.
Vouchers purchased prior to March 31st 2018 have a 12 month expiry date.
Vouchers purchased after March 31st 2018 have a 12 month expiry date.
Vouchers must be valid and presented at the beginning of an appointment time.

Vouchers are valid only if the recipient and the purchasers names are written on the voucher.
Vouchers are valid only with an expiry date clearly printed on the voucher and showing a voucher number.
Vouchers are only valid if they are within the expiry date.

Gift Voucher and Gift Cards
Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed for Cairns Massage services.
Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be redeemed towards any Cairns Massage service at Cairns Massage.
Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non transferrable. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are non-refundable. For Gift Cards sold after 31st of March 2018 your Gift Card or e-Gift Card will come with a 1 year expiry date from the date of purchase, this is not retrospective. Expired Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards do not retain any value. Cairns Massage reserves the right to change services without notice. Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards must be presented upon arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Card(s) or e-Gift Card(s). You cannot use your Gift Card or e-Gift Card for treatments on a public holiday. e-Gift Cards are automatically emailed to the requested email address. A delivery fee of $10 (flat rate) applies to all Gift Cards mailed to an address within Australia. Gift Cards redeemed for treatments on a Sunday may incur a surcharge.

Please note after you make an appointment you must stick to the appointment time unless you are able to provide 24 hours notice. This includes any emergency or unforseen events. Gift vouchers are considered redeemed within the 24 hour period if a cancellation or attempt to change an appointment is made.
You cannot change people/recipient for the gift voucher under any circumstance.
